At Dick’s Vacuum, we have no hidden agendas! We list our store policies right up front, so you’ll always know what to expect. With open communication, we’ll all have a better experience.

Complete, No Obligation Estimates

We’re happy to give complete estimates on vacuum repairs. Our estimates include diagnosing your machine and recommending the proper parts and necessary service. A deposit is required for repairs, which goes towards the repair ticket. Call for questions on our deposit policy. Please let us know if you have a certain price range in mind for your repairs, and we’ll contact you if they fall outside of your range.

Dick’s Vacuum has implemented these policies for your protection and ours. We believe that setting these boundaries holds both of us accountable and ensures a hassle-free experience.

Customer is responsible for repair ticket stub for proof of ownership
• Special order parts must be prepaid
• Quotes given are subject to sales tax
• All parts and services requested must be written on repair tag at check-in
• We’ll Contact You!
If an estimate is required, please leave us a daytime phone number. We’ll leave a message if you’re not at home, but we’ll set aside your equipment until we hear from you. Phone confirmation is necessary to expedite your repair and to keep communication open. We’ll make a second attempt to contact you in the next 30 days. Because we have limited storage space, all equipment will be disposed of after 30 days.
